How do I schedule a chat with a team member?
Simply browse our directory, find the team member you'd like to connect with, and use their integrated Calendly/Google Appointment link to pick a time that works for both of you.
What is the typical duration for these chats?
Coffee chats are designed to be informal and focused, usually lasting between 15 and 30 minutes, allowing for time to provide an overview of the Executive Board Members position and time to answer questions.
Do I need to prepare anything formal in advance?
Not at all! However, having one or two topics or questions related to their role or background can help start a relaxed conversation.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule via the confirmation link sent by Calendly or Google Appointments. We recommend doing so at least 24 hours in advance out of respect for the teams calendar and time.
